The WorkBoost App can be downloaded from the Playstore (for Android) or the App Store (for Apple).

There could be a number of reasons why you are not seeing Boosts in the Boost Overview. Is your situation not listed below? Contact your training/course supervisor!

  1. The Topic that contains the Boosts has not been activated.
    1. Open the Topic Overview:
    2. Is the Topic pin gray?
    3. Click on the pin to make the Topic active!
  2. There is no Topic in my Topic Overview.
    1. Check out question 3 to find out how to add a topic.
  3. My Topic has no Boosts.
    1. Discuss with your training/course supervisor whether you are supposed to receive Boosts. It could also be that you are in a rest period!

To add a new topic, a new team must be added. You do this with the following steps:

  1. Open the app
  2. Click on the hamburger menu at the top right.
  3. In the menu, click on ‘Teams’.
  4. Click on the ‘Add Team’ button
  5. Enter the TeamCode. Don’t have a TeamCode? See question 4!

The BoostCode or TeamCode is required to receive Boosts. These are shared by the training/course supervisor.
Did you not receive them? Contact the training/course supervisor!

  1. Open the app
  2. Click on the hamburger menu at the top right.
  3. Click on ‘Choose Language’.

Your BoostCoins can be used on the Rewards page: These can be used for team rewards or personal rewards. Is there no reward on your Rewards page? Contact your training/course supervisor!

First, see if WorkBoost App notifications are enabled on your phone.

  1. iPhone
    1. Open Settings.
    2. Scroll down and click on the WorkBoost App.
    3. Check notifications.
    4. Enable notifications.
  2. Android
    1. Open Settings.
    2. Click on ‘Apps’.
    3. Find and select WorkBoost.
    4. Check notification settings.
    5. Enable notifications.
  3. Are your notifications on?

Ask your training/course supervisor if notifications are enabled for you!

  1. Open the app
  2. Click on the hamburger menu at the top right.
  3. From the menu, click on ‘Delete Account’.
  4. Confirm that you want to delete the account.
